2. When and where does Council meet? 

Council has both their Agenda setting Meeting and Regular Meeting at the Municipal Building. The Agenda Meeting is on the 2nd Tuesday and the Regular Meeting is on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. 

3. Where can I find a copy of the council meeting minutes?

On the Borough Website under Agendas. Council Meeting Minutes of the present month are not approved until the following month at the Regular Council Meeting (every 2nd Tuesday of the month).
