Does the Borough have animal control services?

Baldwin Borough is now part of the South Hills Cooperative Animal Control (SHCAC) along with Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Castle Shannon, Dormont, Greentree, Mt. Lebanon, Scott, and Whitehall.

Residents should call 911 to report animals running at large, and to report injured or dead animals.  This is the preferred method of contact by the general public. County Dispatch will in turn contact animal control.  Note: they do not deal with any skunks trapped or otherwise.
